Ebonite Decor LLC is seeking a skilled Senior Estimator to enhance our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in the Interior Fit-Out industry who is ready to take on a key responsibility in project cost estimation and tendering processes.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Estimator, you will play a crucial role in reviewing project drawings, preparing detailed cost estimates, and managing tender documentation. Your expertise will support procurement efforts and project handovers efficiently. Specific duties include:

• Analyzing drawings, BOQ, and tender documents thoroughly
• Conducting quantity take-offs and rate analysis to ensure accurate pricing
• Preparing comprehensive project cost estimates and quotations
• Submitting tender proposals and participating in value engineering to optimize costs
• Collaborating closely with procurement and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in estimation within the Interior Fit-Out sector
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, tendering processes, and cost analysis
• Ability to perform detailed quantity take-offs and rate analyses
• Proficiency in value engineering to enhance cost efficiency
• Male candidates with a valid UAE driving license are preferred
• Immediate availability to start
