We are inviting seasoned professionals from the Oil & Gas and EPC sectors to join multiple roles based in the United Arab Emirates. These positions are open for candidates with solid backgrounds and hands-on experience in managing complex projects within this industry.

Available Positions and Compensation

The following roles offer competitive salaries along with comprehensive benefits for qualified candidates:

• Construction Manager – Mechanical: Requires a B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and at least 20 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas. Preferred candidates will have worked with SNOC (Sharjah National Oil Corporation) handling wellhead piping, E&I, and pipeline projects.
  Salary Range: AED 18,000 – 20,000
• Senior E&I Construction Engineer: Candidates must hold a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 15 years’ experience in construction, installation, and commissioning activities within the Oil & Gas sector.
  Salary Range: AED 12,000 – 14,000
• Estimation Head – Oil & Gas: Requires a B.Tech in Mechanical or a related engineering discipline coupled with 15 to 20+ years focused on estimation, tendering, and proposal management in EPC projects. Strong knowledge of pipelines, piping, fabrication, and wellhead projects is essential.
  Salary Range: AED 23,000 – 25,000

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage engineering and construction projects ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Lead estimation and tender preparation activities to secure EPC projects effectively.
• Manage coordination between multidisciplinary teams for seamless project execution.
• Ensure timely installation, commissioning, and operational readiness of assigned projects.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven industry experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects with relevant qualifications.
• Strong project management and technical expertise specific to role.
• Experience working with regional operators such as SNOC is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
