Al Marina Holding is currently seeking experienced professionals to fill a variety of leadership and technical positions within its diverse portfolio across hospitality, retail, real estate, and construction sectors. These roles are open to candidates residing in the United Arab Emirates and offer the chance to contribute to dynamic projects involving property management, engineering, construction, and quality assurance.

Available Positions and Key Responsibilities

• Director of Operations (Hospitality Background): Oversee operations across hospitality venues, retail outlets, real estate holdings, and construction projects, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
• Director of Engineering: Manage engineering functions related to hospitality, retail, and real estate assets, including spearheading new projects and refurbishment efforts.
• Training & Quality Assurance Lead: Develop and implement training programs while maintaining high-quality standards across all company divisions.
• Leasing Manager (Retail – Souk and Mall): Responsible for managing leasing activities for retail and real estate properties to optimize occupancy and revenue.
• Chief Accountant (Construction Experience Required): Oversee financial management with a focus on contracting companies, ensuring accurate accounting and compliance.
• Construction Administrator (Engineer Certified): Handle project documentation and administrative workflows for construction initiatives; familiarity with Oracle ERP systems is essential.
• Authority Coordinator: Facilitate government approvals and regulatory coordination, particularly within civil construction projects.
• Quantity Estimator (Civil & MEP): Manage comprehensive cost estimation, budgeting, and financial control for projects, requiring 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.
• Project Manager (Civil Background): Lead civil construction projects from initial planning through to successful completion.
• Site Engineer (Civil): Supervise on-site construction activities ensuring that projects are executed according to specifications and timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Relevant professional experience in hospitality, engineering, construction, or retail leasing depending on the role.
• Engineering certification for roles related to construction administration and site engineering.
• Strong familiarity with Oracle ERP systems for construction administration positions.
• Proven financial management expertise for accounting roles, particularly within contracting companies.
• Experience managing government approvals and regulatory requirements in construction settings.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to collaborate effectively across different business units.
