Jaseera Contracting is currently seeking qualified professionals for various engineering roles to join our new high-rise construction project in the United Arab Emirates. We invite experienced candidates with a strong background in UAE or GCC projects to be part of our dynamic team. We have multiple openings ranging from junior to senior levels across civil engineering, project planning, contract management, and site supervision.

Open Positions and Experience Requirements

• Civil Engineer – Minimum 3 years of UAE experience
• Senior Civil Engineer – Minimum 5 years of UAE experience
• Senior Project Engineer (Civil) – Minimum 7 years of UAE experience
• Contract Manager – Preferred 10+ years, with UAE experience advantageous
• Planning Engineer – Minimum 5 years in UAE or GCC regions
• Document Controller – Minimum 4 years of UAE experience
• Land Surveyor – Minimum 3 years of UAE experience
• Foreman (Steel & Shuttering) – Minimum 10 years of experience in GCC

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for supporting the execution and management of high-rise construction projects. This includes overseeing technical engineering activities, coordinating onsite operations, managing project documentation, planning project schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Contract managers will play a crucial role in negotiating and administering contracts, while foremen will lead steel and shuttering teams on site.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Relevant educational qualifications in engineering or related fields
• Proven experience in complex high-rise construction within the UAE or GCC
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• Proficiency in project management and documentation tools depending on role
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced construction environment
