Shapoorji Pallonji is urgently seeking experienced professionals for multiple engineering roles focused on high-profile Data Center projects across the UAE. Candidates with proven GCC experience are highly preferred to join a dynamic team delivering large-scale construction and infrastructure developments.

Open Positions and Key Responsibilities

The company is hiring for several critical roles across estimation, coordination, and quantity surveying disciplines:

• Estimation Manager (12–20 years experience) – Specializing in MEP, ELV/ICT, Civil, and Fit-out works. Candidates should be proficient in CostX, Candy/CCS, and Excel to manage project cost estimation and budgeting accurately.
• Bid & Design Coordinator (6–12 years experience) – Handling MEP, ELV/ICT, Civil tender management, design coordination, and bid submissions to ensure timely and successful project acquisitions.
• Senior Estimation Engineer – Electrical (8–15 years experience) – Responsible for electrical BOQ preparation, MEP estimation, and utilizing CostX and Candy/CCS software tools.
• Senior Estimation Engineer – Mechanical (8–15 years experience) – Focused on mechanical MEP estimation, BOQ development, and the application of CostX and Candy/CCS.
• Estimator – CSA (6–12 years experience) – Quantity take-off, structural and architectural estimation requiring strong analytical skills.
• Junior Quantity Surveyor (2–5 years experience) – Assisting in quantity surveying tasks, measurement software, and Excel data management.
• Estimation Coordinator (2–5 years experience) – Responsible for tender tracking, submission coordination, and supporting estimation teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants must have relevant GCC work experience within data center or large infrastructure projects to qualify. Proficiency with specialized estimation software such as CostX and Candy/CCS, alongside strong Excel skills, is essential. Candidates should demonstrate excellent organizational and communication abilities, along with a proactive attitude toward tender and project management processes.
