Operon Middle East is actively seeking skilled professionals for immediate openings in Facilities Management and technical roles across the United Arab Emirates. We are hiring experienced FM Supervisors with an engineering background, HVAC Technicians specialized in district cooling, and Multi Technicians with maintenance expertise to join dynamic teams that support facility operations and technical maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• FM Supervisor: Oversee the day-to-day management of facility operations, coordinate maintenance activities, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Candidates should have a solid foundation in engineering principles aligned with facilities management tasks.
• HVAC Technician: Perform installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of HVAC systems with a primary focus on district cooling networks. Responsible for ensuring optimal system performance and adherence to technical specifications.
• Multi Technician: Carry out general maintenance and repair work within facilities, supporting both mechanical and electrical systems as required. This role demands versatility in handling various technical tasks, particularly related to FM and overall maintenance.

Required Skills and Experience

• FM Supervisor candidates must have proven experience in facilities management along with a technical or engineering background to efficiently manage operations.
• HVAC Technicians need a minimum of two years of relevant experience, preferably with district cooling systems.
• Multi Technicians should also bring at least two years of experience in maintenance or facilities management roles.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to maintenance are crucial for all positions.
