Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing diesel and petrol engines, performing comprehensive engine overhauls, and servicing a broad range of vehicles including passenger cars, SUVs, light trucks, and commercial units. Your expertise will also be critical in addressing transmission, suspension, steering, braking, and hydraulic system issues. Utilizing advanced diagnostic tools to accurately identify faults and providing mentorship to junior team members will form part of your daily duties. Maintaining rigorous safety standards and ensuring the highest level of workmanship and customer service are essential aspects of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma or Trade Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related discipline
• Between 5 and 8 years of practical experience working with mechanical repairs, diagnostics, and engine rebuilding
• Demonstrated ability to overhaul engines and use sophisticated diagnostic equipment effectively
• Holding a valid UAE driving license is considered a strong advantage
