Job Overview

RobtStone is seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience in civil, structural, and piping disciplines. This role is ideal for candidates who have a strong background in the Oil & Gas sector and EPC/EPCM projects, particularly with exposure to ADNOC contracts. The successful applicant will play a critical role in managing cost control and contract administration for complex engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and budgets across various engineering disciplines including civil, structural, and piping.
• Conduct detailed cost analysis and ensure effective cost control throughout project phases.
• Review contract documents and manage claims, variations, and payments in alignment with EPC/EPCM standards.
• Collaborate closely with project teams and contractors to monitor project progress and financial performance.
• Support procurement activities by providing accurate quantity assessments.

Required Skills and Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
• At least 8 years of proven Quantity Surveying experience within EPC companies, primarily serving the Oil & Gas sector.
• Previous involvement in ADNOC projects is highly advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of cost management, contract administration, and quantity survey processes.
• Excellent communication abilities for effective coordination with project stakeholders.
• Experience spanning civil, structural, and piping works, demonstrating versatility and broad technical understanding.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with multi-disciplinary expertise covering civil, structural, and piping works will be best suited to this position. Prior experience with EPCM contractors in the Oil & Gas industry is mandatory for consideration.
