Job Overview

Eram HR Solutions is seeking skilled Lifting Supervisors to lead and manage lifting operations for prestigious Oil and Gas projects, including those under ADNOC in the UAE. This role requires a seasoned professional with solid expertise in executing lifting tasks safely and efficiently, while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all lifting activities on-site, ensuring safety regulations are strictly followed.
• Plan and supervise lifting operations to guarantee smooth workflow and minimize risks.
• Collaborate closely with project teams to align lifting procedures with project schedules and requirements.
• Maintain rigorous documentation and reporting related to lifting activities and compliance checks.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years experience in lifting supervision within the Oil and Gas sector.
• At least 3 years of direct involvement in ADNOC projects preferred, with familiarity of ADNOC safety and operational standards.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, supported by an attested Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex lifting operations under high-pressure environments.
• ADNOC-approved candidates will be given priority.

Work Environment
