Job Overview

BKA Facilities Management is seeking a skilled Fit-Out Engineer to manage renovation, refurbishment, and interior fit-out projects in residential, commercial, and retail properties across the UAE. This role involves overseeing projects to ensure they are completed within set timelines, budgets, and quality standards while maintaining safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

The Fit-Out Engineer will coordinate all aspects of fit-out projects including partitions, ceilings, flooring, painting, joinery, and finishing works. The position requires interpreting technical drawings and specifications to deliver precise execution. Collaboration with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion is essential.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of fit-out construction elements such as partitions, ceilings, flooring, painting, joinery, and finishes
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and various project management tools
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities
• Effective problem-solving skills within a project environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline
• Between 3 to 5 years of experience in fit-out, renovation, or construction projects
• Familiarity with UAE construction and safety standards
• Possession of a UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory

Compensation

The salary package will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications and performance during the interview process.
