Job Overview

We are seeking skilled Facilities Management professionals to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. We have openings for both Facility Engineers and MEP Supervisors who have hands-on experience in maintaining and managing building facilities. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with relevant technical qualifications and a strong background in facilities operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of building facilities with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Manage and supervise mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and execute repairs as necessary to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors for outsourced facility services when needed.

Required Skills and Experience

• Facility Engineer candidates must possess at least 5 years of relevant experience in facility management.
• MEP Supervisors should have a minimum of 4 years of experience managing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems and maintenance protocols is necessary.
• Possession of a valid UAE driving license is mandatory for both positions.

Qualifications

Candidates should hold relevant engineering or technical qualifications related to facilities management or building services engineering.
