A renowned real estate developer in Dubai is seeking skilled Civil Planning Engineers to join their team. The company is offering exciting roles for both Senior/Lead Planning Engineers and mid-level Planning Engineers specialized in high-rise building projects across the UAE and GCC region. Available Positions and Experience Required

Current openings include:

• Senior Planning Engineer / Lead Planning Engineer: Candidates should hold a BE in Civil Engineering with over 9 years of relevant experience in the UAE and GCC, specifically working on high-rise building construction projects.
• Planning Engineer (Civil): Applicants must have a BE in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 6 years of experience in similar high-rise construction environments within the UAE and GCC.

Salary and Benefits

The salary ranges are as follows:

• Senior/Lead Planning Engineer: AED 20,000 – 28,000 monthly, along with additional benefits.
• Planning Engineer (Civil): AED 12,000 – 15,000 monthly.

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for preparing detailed project schedules, coordinating construction activities, monitoring project progress, and ensuring timely completion of high-rise building projects. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and contractors will be essential to optimize resource allocation and maintain project timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Extensive experience with planning and scheduling tools relevant to construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of high-rise building construction practices in UAE/GCC.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage project timelines and teams effectively.
