Job Overview

We are currently seeking experienced professionals to join our team for key supervisory roles within EPC oil and gas onshore projects across the United Arab Emirates. Immediate availability is highly preferred, as these positions require prompt deployment. Openings exist for Construction Supervisors specializing in Electrical disciplines, as well as Building Supervisors with expertise in Electrical and HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities

Candidates will be responsible for overseeing construction and building activities to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality delivery compliant with project specifications. This includes supervising on-site electrical installations, HVAC system deployments, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining adherence to regulatory and company standards. Effective communication with project stakeholders and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements will be critical.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in EPC oil and gas onshore projects.
• Technical expertise in electrical systems or HVAC relevant to construction and building supervision.
• Familiarity with ADNOC standards and procedures is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Preferred Experience

Applicants with previous ADNOC project involvement will have a competitive advantage. Experience in supervising large-scale construction sites and working within multidisciplinary teams in the UAE will be highly valued.
