Job Overview

We are seeking qualified professionals to join our expanding team in the United Arab Emirates. Opportunities are available across multiple positions including Project Engineer, PRO cum KHDA Coordinator, Head of Inclusion, and SENCO/Lead Special Educator. Ideal candidates will have relevant academic backgrounds along with experience working in the UAE environment.

Key Positions and Responsibilities

• Project Engineer / Civil Engineer: Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering and possess at least 2 years of experience working within the UAE. Responsibilities will include overseeing project execution, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• PRO cum KHDA Coordinator: Applicants with a bachelor’s or master’s degree and a minimum of 1 year of UAE experience, preferably within the education sector, are encouraged to apply. This role involves managing labor and immigration affairs, overseeing KHDA portal submissions, and handling HR and administrative tasks effectively.
• Head of Inclusion: Candidates must have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in special education alongside at least 2 years of leadership experience managing inclusion programs in the UAE. This role requires driving inclusive education strategies and supervising relevant teams to support students with special needs.
• SENCO / Lead Special Educator: This position calls for professionals holding a bachelor’s or master’s degree in special education with a minimum of 2 years in similar roles within the UAE. Duties include leading special education efforts, designing individualized learning plans, and mentoring educational staff.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Relevant academic degree specific to the role (Engineering or Special Education).
• Proven experience working in the UAE, with preference given to candidates familiar with local labor and educational regulations.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities, particularly for roles involving coordination or management.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and external regulatory bodies.
• Capability to manage multiple administrative responsibilities including labor regulations, immigration processes, and KHDA compliance.
