Job Overview

Fujairah International Airport is seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead and enhance the airport’s training initiatives. This key role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of all training programs to ensure compliance with industry standards and operational excellence. The Training Manager will collaborate closely with various departments to address evolving training requirements and uphold the highest quality in staff development.

Key Responsibilities

The Training Manager will be responsible for developing comprehensive training curriculums tailored to airport operations. This includes managing and coaching instructors, ensuring all programs meet regulatory standards set by ICAO and GCAA, and coordinating with airport operations teams to align training activities with organizational goals. The manager will also monitor training effectiveness and implement quality control measures to continuously improve learning outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Airport Operations, Education, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 8 to 10 years of experience within airport operations or aviation training, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of ICAO and GCAA regulations and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, training delivery, and instructional leadership.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively manage training programs and staff.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position at Fujairah International Airport. The role requires close interaction with multiple airport departments, ensuring a dynamic and collaborative work setting focused on aviation excellence.
