Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective mathematics lessons, managing classroom dynamics, and creating lesson plans tailored to the curriculum requirements for middle and secondary school levels. Strong classroom management and the ability to motivate students to achieve their best are essential for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics alongside a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) qualification is essential.
• At least 5 years of teaching experience specifically within the secondary education sector.
• Excellent subject knowledge and the capacity to develop effective instructional strategies for adolescent learners.
• Good communication skills and classroom management abilities that foster a positive learning atmosphere.
• Preference will be given to female candidates.
