Description
We are expanding our Third Party Inspection team and looking for a motivated and detail oriented Inspection Coordinator who can manage inspection activities and client coordination with confidence and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day third-party inspection activities
Communicate with clients and inspectors
Track client notifications and mobilize inspectors
Maintain assignment logs and ensure timely submission of reports
Review and submit monthly timesheets
Handle professional communication through Outlook
Support resource management and ensure compliance with quality standards
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering preferred)
1–3 years of relevant experience in the UAE (Mandatory)
Knowledge of third party inspection processes
Strong communication and organizational skills
Fluent English communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Immediate joiner preferred
