Job Overview

We are urgently seeking sales agents to join our call center team in Dubai, specializing in customer outreach and sales. This opportunity is ideal for Filipino, Malaysian, and Bangladeshi speakers who are eager to build a career in sales within the UAE market. Both fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers within the assigned target market.
• Promote and sell products or services effectively to meet company sales targets.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients in their native language.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information to support sales processes.
• Record and update customer interactions and sales activities in the system.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Fluency in Indonesian, Malaysian, or Bangladeshi languages is essential for this role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced call center environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate CRM software are preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior sales experience is an advantage but not required.

Working Conditions and Benefits

• Employment visa and insurance provided in compliance with UAE labor laws.
• Competitive basic salary ranging from 4,700 AED to 5,500 AED plus commissions and bonuses for Indonesian and Malaysian speakers.
• For Bangladeshi speakers, the salary ranges between 3,200 AED and 4,300 AED, with additional commissions and overtime pay.
• The standard work schedule is 8 hours daily from 10 AM to 6 PM, Sunday to Thursday, with weekends off.
