Al Fahim HQ is actively seeking skilled professionals to join their retail and fashion teams across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Al Ain. We are offering exciting opportunities for motivated individuals to contribute to a dynamic retail environment. Open positions include Store Manager, Store Keeper, and Sales Associate (Female).

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the role, responsibilities will vary as follows:

• Store Manager: Lead and manage day-to-day store operations, oversee team performance, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain smooth workflow within the store.
• Store Keeper: Manage stock and inventory with accuracy, handle receiving and storage of products, and ensure timely replenishment of items on the sales floor.
• Sales Associate (Female): Provide exceptional customer service, assist customers with purchases, and maintain a welcoming store atmosphere.

Required Skills and Experience

Successful candidates should demonstrate the following:

• Proven experience in the fashion and retail sector
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Strong leadership qualities and prior store management experience (for Store Managers)
• Experience in stock control and inventory management (for Store Keepers)
• Fluent English communication skills; Arabic proficiency is a plus
• Availability and flexibility to work in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, or Al Ain

Work Locations

Positions are available across multiple key locations in the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Al Ain, providing opportunities to work within diverse retail environments.
