We are urgently seeking confident and professional female customer service representatives, specifically of European and Arab backgrounds, to join our dynamic team at Damac Hills 1 in the United Arab Emirates. This role offers a six-month contract with a competitive monthly salary of AED 7,000.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves providing exceptional customer service by communicating clearly and courteously with clients. Ideal candidates will use their previous experience in hospitality, cabin crew, or hotel front desk environments to ensure customers receive a positive and efficient experience.

Requirements

• Female candidates of European or Arab descent
• Previous customer relations experience is essential
• Valid UAE visa is required; possession of a Labour Card is preferred (visa sponsorship is not provided)
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional approach

Working Hours and Contract Details

The position is full-time, with working days from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The initial contract duration is six months.
