Currently, they are seeking skilled candidates for several key roles including Front of House Supervisor, Guest Service Agent (both requiring Arabic language proficiency), and Electrician.

Key Responsibilities

• Front of House Supervisor: Oversee daily front desk operations ensuring exceptional guest service and smooth team coordination.
• Guest Service Agent: Provide outstanding assistance to guests, handle inquiries and ensure a welcoming experience aligned with the resort’s high standards.
• Electrician: Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems throughout the resort to support uninterrupted service and safety.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience working in a 5-star hospitality environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic resort setting.
• Fluency in Arabic is essential for Front of House Supervisor and Guest Service Agent positions.
