Customer Service Agent

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Proficiency in Arabic (spoken and written).
1-3 years of relevant experience in customer service.
1-3 years of exchange house experience in customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
Handle assigned customer calls, chats, emails, and service requests efficiently.
Provide accurate, complete, and timely information to customers and address complaints professionally.
Coordinate effectively with internal departments, branches, customers, banks, and service providers to ensure prompt issue resolution.
