DED Cafe Business Lounge, located in Business Avenue, Dubai, is expanding its hospitality team. We are currently inviting experienced professionals to join us in delivering excellent service in a dynamic café environment. Available openings include two Barista positions and one Hostess role, offering a valuable opportunity for candidates eager to grow their careers in the food and beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities

Baristas will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of high-quality coffee and beverages, with an emphasis on coffee art skills such as latte art, which is highly valued but not mandatory. Candidates should ensure guest satisfaction through prompt and courteous service. Hostesses will manage front-of-house operations by greeting and seating guests, handling reservations, and providing attentive customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Required Skills and Experience

Ideal candidates for both roles must have prior experience working within food and beverage establishments or café settings. Strong communication abilities, excellent customer service aptitude, and effective guest interaction skills are essential. A positive attitude paired with the capacity to remain calm and efficient during busy periods is crucial to maintaining smooth operations in a high-pressure environment.

Additional Qualifications

For the hostess position, preference will be given to female candidates with front-of-house service experience. Baristas with knowledge of latte art will stand out in the selection process, reflecting an added skill set to enhance the café’s offerings.
