Job Overview
We are seeking a diligent Timekeeper to join our team at a major project site in the United Arab Emirates. This role is critical within the construction, road infrastructure, and oil and gas sectors, ensuring accurate attendance records and seamless manpower management. The successful candidate will work closely with the site team and HR to support payroll processes and maintain smooth site operations.
Key Responsibilities
The Timekeeper will be responsible for recording daily attendance for workers and staff, preparing detailed timesheets, overtime logs, and manpower reports. Managing manpower allocation, issuance, and sorting in line with site requirements is also a significant part of this role. Close coordination with the site team and human resources will be essential to maintain efficient workflow. Additionally, the role involves handling general administrative duties at the site and ensuring timely communication and data submission to support payroll accuracy.
Required Skills and Experience
- 4 to 6 years of experience as a Timekeeper in construction, road infrastructure, or oil and gas projects
- Proficient in using MS Excel and timekeeping software systems
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in record-keeping
- Experience in manpower management and site coordination
