Soft Furnishing Contractor Co., based in DIP 2, United Arab Emirates, is seeking experienced professionals for the positions of Site Foreman and AutoCAD Draftsman. These roles require candidates who are skilled in fit-out and joinery projects, capable of interpreting technical drawings, and familiar with on-site supervision standards in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

The Site Foreman will oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring that all fit-out and joinery work complies with project specifications and safety regulations. This role also involves coordinating with subcontractors and maintaining on-site schedules. The AutoCAD Draftsman will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings to support project execution and modifications.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 1 year experience in fit-out and joinery work
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings effectively
• Strong understanding of site management practices for the foreman role
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory for the Site Foreman position
