We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will bring over 20 years of expertise in project and construction management, with a strong background in delivering complex and large-scale developments. This role demands proven success in leading construction delivery and managing contractual close-outs of major projects.

Key Responsibilities

The Project Manager will oversee all phases of project execution, ensuring smooth delivery from start to finish. Key duties include comprehensive stakeholder management, commercial oversight, programme control, risk mitigation, and ensuring projects are handed over successfully. You will be responsible for managing technically challenging and high-profile projects, guiding them through to final close-out with a focus on quality and compliance.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 20 years in construction and project management roles.
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale, complex construction projects.
• Strong expertise in contractual close-out and commercial management.
• Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of programme control and risk management.
• Experience with managing technically demanding projects from execution through to completion.
