Ovington Contracting L.L.C., a part of Fakhruddin Group, is expanding its team and inviting qualified professionals to join their site and project teams across various civil and construction roles in the United Arab Emirates. Candidates with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant UAE experience are encouraged to apply for multiple openings catering to site management, engineering, skilled trades, and support roles.

Available Positions

The company is hiring for a range of roles including senior and junior site engineers, foremen specializing in steel, carpentry, concrete, and finishing work, as well as general foremen. Additionally, positions for logistics coordinators, document controllers (day and night shifts), camp boss assistants, skilled trades like masons, carpenters, steel fixers, scaffolders, helpers, and drivers (bus and pickup) are open.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations ensuring project milestones are met.
• Coordinate logistics and material handling efficiently.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to site activities.
• Lead teams of skilled tradespeople and laborers with focus on safety and quality.
• Assist in camp management to support workforce well-being.
• Drive and operate company vehicles as needed according to role.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience within the UAE construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of site management and engineering principles as applicable to each role.
• Effective communication and team leadership skills.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards in construction.
• Ability to manage documentation and logistics efficiently.
