Key Responsibilities

• Quantity Surveyor: Manage project costs, prepare tender documents, conduct quantity take-offs, and ensure budget compliance throughout construction phases.
• QC Inspector: Monitor construction quality, perform inspections, ensure adherence to project specifications, and report any non-conformities.
• Safety Engineer: Develop and implement safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote a safe work environment on site.
• Security Personnel: Maintain site security, monitor access control, handle emergency situations, and ensure protection of assets and personnel.

Requirements

Candidates should have relevant experience in the construction industry and be currently located within the UAE to be considered. Proven expertise in their respective roles and the ability to work within a team are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.
