Job Overview

WJ Middle East, a leader in water management services, is currently seeking a skilled Foreman to join their Overpumping Division in the United Arab Emirates. This role is pivotal in ensuring timely project delivery with high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

The Foreman will oversee daily on-site activities, coordinating teams to execute construction tasks related to water management projects. Managing operations involving centrifugal and submersible pumps, pneumatic pipeline plugging, and HDPE welding will be essential. Ensuring compliance with safety protocols while maintaining efficient progress is critical.

Required Skills and Experience

• 2 to 4 years of proven experience in a similar foreman role within the construction industry
• Practical knowledge of centrifugal and submersible pumps
• Experience with pneumatic pipeline plugging methods
• Hands-on experience in HDPE welding
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
