Job Overview

WJ Middle East, a leading provider in water management solutions, is seeking an experienced Foreman to join their Overpumping Division based in the United Arab Emirates. This vital role requires overseeing construction projects related to water management, ensuring timely completion while upholding strict safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Foreman will be responsible for supervising daily on-site operations, coordinating teams to successfully carry out tasks involving centrifugal and submersible pumps, pneumatic pipeline plugging, and HDPE welding activities. Ensuring adherence to safety guidelines and maintaining efficient workflow throughout project phases are essential aspects of the position.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 2 to 4 years’ experience in a foreman role within construction, preferably water management projects
• Hands-on expertise with centrifugal and submersible pump systems
• Proficient in pneumatic pipeline plugging techniques
• Skilled in HDPE welding processes
• Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing and motivating teams
• Possession of a valid UAE driving license
