A top contractor in Dubai is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their professional team. This role is ideal for candidates with over five years of hands-on experience in fit-out, interiors, refurbishment, or general construction projects. The successful applicant will play a crucial role in managing the commercial aspects of projects, ensuring cost efficiency and budget adherence from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for comprehensive cost planning and estimation, tender preparation, and handling valuations, variations, and final accounts. You will manage project commercial performance, including budget monitoring, subcontractor accounts, and cost control activities throughout all phases of construction.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience as a Quantity Surveyor within fit-out, interior design, refurbishment, or construction sectors.
• Strong expertise in cost planning, estimating, tendering, and financial control processes related to construction projects.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, commercial risk, and subcontractor financial accounts effectively.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to work collaboratively with stakeholders and suppliers.
