The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in construction, maintenance, fit-out, renovations, and modification projects. Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily site operations to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards. Key tasks include preparing accurate quotations, conducting site inspections, coordinating project activities, interpreting shop drawings and AutoCAD plans, and taking precise site measurements. Additionally, fostering client communication and identifying business development opportunities will be important aspects of this role.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years experience working in the UAE construction sector
• Strong knowledge of construction processes including maintenance and renovation works
• Proficiency in reading and understanding shop drawings and AutoCAD designs
• Ability to prepare timely and accurate quotations
• Experience managing site inspections and coordinating multiple projects
• Excellent communication skills and client relations aptitude
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred
