Job Overview

Kabri International Co. LLC is looking for a seasoned Chief Land Surveyor to join and lead our surveying division based in Dubai. We are hiring for three positions, focusing on professionals with solid expertise in building, steel structure, and infrastructure projects within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

The Chief Land Surveyor will oversee and execute all surveying tasks related to building, steel structure, and infrastructure developments. This involves establishing and maintaining precise survey control networks, benchmarks, and reference systems to support project accuracy.

You will play a vital role in reviewing and approving survey drawings, as-built documents, survey reports, and quantity calculations, ensuring high-quality outputs aligned with project standards.

Managing and mentoring the surveying team is an essential part of this role, with emphasis on maintaining accuracy and compliance with specifications. Coordination with project managers, engineers, consultants, and clients is required to address all survey-related issues effectively.

Additional responsibilities include verifying surveys conducted by contractors and subcontractors, resolving any technical inconsistencies, and ensuring all work complies with Dubai Municipality regulations.

Equipment management is also critical, including overseeing calibration and maintenance of surveying instruments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a related discipline.
• Between 8 and 10 years of demonstrated experience in the UAE or GCC region, preferably in building, steel structure, and infrastructure projects.
• Comprehensive knowledge of surveying instruments such as Total Station, GPS, and Levels.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D software for survey drafting and design.
