We are currently seeking passionate Specialty Baristas to join our team. We have eight vacancies available with flexible locations across the United Arab Emirates. This opportunity is open to all nationalities, except Egyptian, Pakistani, Ugandan, and Bangladeshi candidates. Both male and female applicants are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

As a Specialty Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee beverages that meet our company’s standards. You will engage with customers, ensure the cleanliness of the work area, and maintain inventory for coffee and related supplies. Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining efficiency during rotational shifts is essential.

Working Conditions

The role involves working nine-hour shifts, inclusive of a one-hour break, with rotating schedules to meet operational demands. Uniforms are provided by the employer; however, meals are not included. Employment is on a monthly basis with an immediate start date available.

Requirements

• Experience in specialty coffee preparation is highly preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to rotational shifts.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Eligible for work in the UAE and compliant with nationality restrictions.
