Combuzz HR Solutions is seeking a dedicated Quality Control Chemist to join their team in Al Ain, UAE. This role focuses on maintaining high standards in beverage quality through careful monitoring and testing of syrup dispensing systems. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from AED 6000 to AED 8000.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the quality and consistency of beverage production. Key duties include:

• Monitoring the dispensing systems and ensuring accurate syrup ratios are maintained.
• Conducting regular hygiene and quality audits to meet company and regulatory standards.
• Performing crucial tests such as Brix measurement, pH level assessments, and carbon dioxide (CO₂) concentration tests to guarantee product quality.
• Ensuring compliance with HACCP guidelines and broader food safety standards.
• Investigating and resolving consumer complaints related to product quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should have a strong foundation in chemistry or food science to excel in this position. Essential qualifications include:

• A degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or a related field.
• Between one to three years of experience in quality control, particularly within food or beverage industries.
• A valid UAE driving license and possession of a personal vehicle to facilitate site visits.
