Key Responsibilities

As a Sous Chef at Brass Monkey, you will support the Head Chef in overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and consistency, and maintaining high standards of hygiene. The role requires active participation in menu preparation, team coordination, and maintaining smooth kitchen workflows during service hours.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least three years of proven experience in a Sous Chef role.
• Strong culinary skills with a passion for diverse cuisines, especially Asian, American, and Mexican.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-moving, high-energy kitchen environment.
• Excellent teamwork and leadership qualities.
• Residency within the United Arab Emirates.
