We are excited to announce an opening for a Senior Barista position at our vibrant café locations in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) and Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT), United Arab Emirates. This role suits skilled coffee professionals with a passion for specialty coffee and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality specialty coffee beverages, managing daily coffee station operations, and ensuring a welcoming experience for every customer. You will also mentor junior staff, maintain inventory levels, and uphold cleanliness and safety standards within the café.

Required Skills

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in specialty coffee preparation.
• Strong understanding of coffee brewing methods, espresso machines, and latte art.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members effectively.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits
