Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized professional to join our team in a dual role focusing on in-store merchandising execution and HR coordination. This position plays a vital role in ensuring that product displays meet our standards across multiple locations while supporting key HR administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing merchandising activities by coordinating with sales teams and area managers to maintain consistent and impactful product displays. Monitoring performance metrics and compiling comprehensive reports will be essential to evaluate merchandising effectiveness. In addition, the role involves supporting important HR processes including visa renewals, medical appointment scheduling, and coordination of mandatory training programs such as Tawjeeh to ensure compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a sharp analytical mindset
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across different teams
- Proficiency with MS Office applications, especially Excel, for data tracking and reporting
- A background in merchandising or retail management is advantageous
- Knowledge of inventory and stock management processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is required
- A UAE driving license is considered a plus
