Key Responsibilities

The Performance and Compliance Manager will oversee performance management initiatives and compliance protocols. Responsibilities include:

• Regularly tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency
• Conducting thorough audits to verify adherence to regulatory requirements
• Implementing and maintaining compliance frameworks and standards across departments

Required Skills and Experience

Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
