We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Assistant to join our Human Resources team in the UAE. This full-time on-site role involves managing payroll tasks while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of payroll processes and strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.

Key Responsibilities

The Payroll Assistant will be responsible for accurate employee data management, which includes processing new hires, transfers, and other employment changes. The role also entails overseeing attendance and leave records, generating payroll reports, and maintaining strict adherence to UAE labor laws and company regulations. Handling confidential payroll information with discretion is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Human Resources
• At least one year of experience in payroll or HR operations
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE platforms
• Proficiency in Excel and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
• Fluent communication skills in English and Arabic
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

Key performance indicators for the role include maintaining over 99% accuracy in managing payroll data and attendance, delivering timely reports, and ensuring full compliance with all applicable policies and regulations.
