Miler Properties is urgently seeking qualified professionals for several key positions across various departments. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team based in Umm Al Quwain, United Arab Emirates. The company is looking for motivated individuals with relevant experience to fill roles in sales, IT, social media, administration, driving, and accounts.

Available Positions and Key Responsibilities

• Sales Team: Engage potential clients, manage property inquiries, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
• IT Support Executive: Provide technical support, troubleshoot software and hardware issues, and ensure smooth IT operations.
• Social Media Executive: Manage and grow the company’s social media presence to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Photographer / Videographer: Capture high-quality images and videos for marketing materials and property listings.
• Accounts Executives (3 positions): Handle financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and assist with accounting tasks. Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Receptionist: Manage front desk operations, greet visitors, and support administrative tasks.
• Admin Executive: Preferably a candidate of Philippine nationality with at least 3 years of experience in the UAE real estate sector. Responsible for coordinating administrative activities and supporting daily operations.
• Drivers (2 positions): Candidates with driving experience in Dubai who are smart, well-presented, and preferably from Chennai or surrounding regions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Relevant experience in the respective fields as noted above.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Proactive attitude and attention to detail.
• For Drivers, a valid UAE driving license and familiarity with local traffic regulations are essential.
