Description
International Service Delivery Manager /Abu Dhabi
* This role is expected to work closely with International IT Heads and HO heads and staff to support the regional business operations
* Installing configuring and maintaining various branch IT Systems and components like Operating Systems, Local Area Networks, Communications protocols, Accounting System, Active Directory, Antivirus, ..And to ensure all system components are up and running smoothly.
* Experience of at least 10 years in information technology and service management.
* Strong knowledge of contracting, negotiation, organization development, change management, technology trends, service management and strategic planning
* Extensive knowledge of automated systems including software, hardware, telecommunications and in particular, information technology architecture in a banking environment
* People management, team leadership and project management skills and experience.
* Demonstrated ability to work tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects
