Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled International Service Delivery Manager based in Abu Dhabi to oversee and enhance IT service delivery across our regional operations. This position involves close collaboration with International IT heads as well as headquarters leadership to ensure seamless business support and technological excellence.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining various IT systems within branch offices. This includes managing operating systems, local area networks, communication protocols, accounting systems, Active Directory, antivirus solutions, and more. You will ensure these components operate smoothly to support business continuity.
Working closely with global and regional teams, the role demands overseeing systems integration while delivering an outstanding level of service to support banking operations.
Required Skills and Experience
- At least 10 years of experience in information technology and service management, preferably within a banking environment.
- Strong expertise in contracting, negotiation, organizational development, change management, strategic planning, and staying up to date with technology trends.
- In-depth understanding of automated systems including software, hardware, and telecommunications infrastructure, especially related to IT architecture in financial services.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and projects effectively under tight deadlines.
- Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced, international setting.
