Job Overview

We are seeking dynamic Business Development Managers for multiple vacancies across the GCC, including Dubai, Oman, and Saudi Arabia. These roles focus on driving sales of IT software solutions to banking and enterprise clients, with an emphasis on markets in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Oman. Successful candidates will bring a strong background in selling advanced technology products like SharePoint, mobile applications, RPA, and ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding the company’s market presence and achieving sales targets. Key duties include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships within the banking and enterprise sectors.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and managing the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Promoting and selling IT software solutions, including SharePoint, mobile applications, robotic process automation (RPA), and ERP systems such as Microsoft AX and SAGE.
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
  • Focusing on key regional markets such as Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Oman to leverage local market knowledge and drive sales growth.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 4 to 7 years of sales experience in IT software sales, with specific roles depending on location.
  • Proven expertise selling software solutions including SharePoint, mobile applications, RPA, or ERP systems like Microsoft AX and SAGE.
  • Deep knowledge of the banking sector for those targeting Saudi and Kuwait markets.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills to develop trusted client partnerships.
  • Experience working in or selling to the GCC region, with local market insight critical for Oman and Saudi Arabia positions.

Location-Specific Requirements

  • Dubai: One vacancy requires 6-7 years of experience selling IT software to banks across the GCC, focusing on Saudi Arabia and Kuwait markets. Two additional vacancies need 4-6 years in sales involving SharePoint, mobile apps, RPA, or ERP solutions.
  • Oman: One vacancy requires 4-6 years sales experience in related IT software, with mandatory Oman market knowledge. Location can be either Oman or Dubai.
  • Saudi Arabia: Two vacancies require 4-6 years sales background in the specified software areas, with essential local Saudi market experience.

Salary and Benefits

Competitive compensation ranging between AED 15,000 to AED 20,000 monthly, depending on the candidate’s experience and location.
