USG Manpower is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their manpower supply division. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a strong background in manpower sourcing and client relationship management within the United Arab Emirates market.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new client opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. They will also handle negotiations with clients to secure deals that align with company goals.

Required Skills and Experience

• 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in the manpower supply industry.
• Proven communication and negotiation skills that effectively close deals and foster long-term business relationships.
• Good understanding of the UAE market, including regional business practices and labor regulations.
• Possession of a valid UAE driving license to facilitate client visits and field activities.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding business targets in a competitive environment.
