Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst specializing in Global Transaction Banking (GTB) to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role serves as a technology advisor and subject matter expert with a focus on Cash Management, Liquidity, and Channel Banking. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner across business product heads, operations, vendors, and technology teams to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

The Business Analyst will be responsible for translating both defined and undefined business requirements into clear technology specifications. This involves articulating current and future technology capabilities to various stakeholders from business and technical backgrounds. Additionally, the role requires a strong understanding of IT systems to develop insightful reports that support business decision-making.

Skills and Experience

• A university degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Preferred professional certifications such as CBAP, PMP, or SCM.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in business consulting, including at least 2 years within Transaction Banking or Channel Banking domains.
• Familiarity with emerging digital technologies including Cloud computing, APIs, Blockchain, and platform banking solutions.
• Solid knowledge of both waterfall and Agile project delivery methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with digital transformation initiatives and deep understanding of the Global Transaction Banking industry will enhance your success in this position. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential to effectively translate complex business challenges into actionable technology solutions.
