Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Visiting Faculty member to join the Finance and Accounting department located in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. This part-time position involves delivering high-quality lectures and workshops following approved curricula and schedules. The role requires about 3 hours of contact time per week, from Monday to Thursday, to deliver engaging and student-centered learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

The visiting faculty member will be responsible for preparing and presenting lectures, seminars, tutorials, and workshops aligned with program objectives. Developing and updating lesson plans, teaching materials, and resources to ensure alignment with learning outcomes will be essential. This role emphasizes inclusive teaching approaches and requires designing, administering, and grading both formative and summative assessments in strict adherence to academic policies.

Providing timely, constructive feedback to support student growth and participating in moderation activities, both internal and external, to uphold academic integrity and fairness is required.

Requirements

• Experience teaching finance and accounting subjects at the tertiary level.
• Strong ability to develop curriculum materials and deliver engaging lessons.
• Familiarity with institutional assessment procedures and academic integrity standards.
• Effective communication skills and commitment to student-centered teaching methods.
• Availability for approximately 3 hours of face-to-face instruction per week at Ras Al Khaimah campus.
