Job Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Visiting Faculty member to teach Finance and Accounting courses at our Ras Al Khaimah campus. This part-time role involves delivering high-quality lectures, seminars, tutorials, and workshops aligned with the approved curriculum and academic standards.

Key Responsibilities

The primary duties include preparing and updating lesson plans and teaching materials to meet the program’s learning objectives. You will engage students through inclusive and student-centered teaching methods, design both formative and summative assessments, and evaluate student performance fairly and diligently. Providing constructive feedback and participating in moderation procedures to uphold academic integrity are also essential aspects of the role.

Work Schedule and Location

The position requires approximately 3 hours per week, with sessions scheduled Monday through Thursday. Classes are conducted face-to-face at the Ras Al Khaimah campus of Ras Al Khaimah University (RRU).

Requirements

Candidates should have a strong background in Finance and Accounting education, with a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment. Experience in curriculum development and assessment design is beneficial. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage students effectively are essential for success in this role.
