Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Financial Functional Consultant to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. This role offers a dynamic mix of on-site and hybrid working arrangements. Candidates must have a strong finance foundation alongside deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials, targeting an end-to-end implementation and functional consulting experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, and Expense Management.
• Drive the full lifecycle Oracle Fusion implementation from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Perform detailed business process analysis and configure Oracle Fusion Financial modules to meet client needs.
• Manage client relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Develop comprehensive documentation and contribute to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT) processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
• 5 to 7 years of professional experience with a significant focus on Oracle Fusion Financials.
• Proven track record in functional consulting, configuration, and business process mapping within Oracle Fusion Financial modules.
• Strong communication skills for client interaction and stakeholder management.
• Experience preparing detailed documentation and supporting testing activities.

Preferred Experience

• Oracle Fusion Cloud Certification is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud ecosystem, including integrations and reporting tools.
