Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will oversee the company’s financial operations, ensure compliance with reporting standards, and provide detailed financial analysis to support decision-making. Managing budgets, preparing reports, and enhancing financial models will be essential parts of your daily tasks. Your work will contribute directly to optimizing the organization’s financial performance and governance.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar financial leadership role
• Experience in FinTech, Financial Services, or Banking sectors is highly preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques
• Strong sense of ownership with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to stakeholders
