The ideal candidate will have experience in financial modeling and a solid understanding of corporate finance principles, particularly within sectors such as property development, real estate, construction, or investment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting financial planning and analysis activities. Your key tasks will include:

• Analyzing investment opportunities and assessing corporate finance transactions.
• Collaborating with various departments to gather relevant financial data and insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
• Professional certifications like ACCA, CFA, CPA, CMA, or CIMA are highly preferred.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, or investment analysis.
• Experience within the property development, real estate, construction, or investment industries is a significant advantage.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling and business analysis techniques.
