We are looking for a seasoned Head of Finance to join our team in the UAE. This role demands a leader who can oversee the entire finance function, provide strategic financial planning, and support the growth objectives of a multi-unit F&B franchise business. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the finance function with a focus on multi-unit accounting for franchise operations.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to drive performance and support business expansion.
• Prepare detailed financial reporting, analysis, and insights for senior management.
• Ensure effective financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting aligned with company goals.

Required Skills and Experience

• Extensive experience in the food and beverage franchise industry, with strong knowledge of multi-unit accounting.
• Proven track record of financial leadership, including planning and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, enabling clear financial discussions with stakeholders.
• Ability to influence business strategy through financial insight and performance management.
